How to Reset Lost Windows 8 Password on Sony Vaio Laptop and Tablet

If you forgot your Windows 8 password on your Sony Vaio laptop or tablet, don't worry. There are a few ways to reset it.

If you have a Microsoft account, you can reset your password by going to the Microsoft account password reset page. You'll need to enter your email address, phone number, or Skype ID, and then follow the instructions.

If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can still reset your password, but you'll need to use a third-party tool like Kon-Boot. Kon-Boot is a program that allows you to login to your computer without a password.

Once you download and install Kon-Boot, simply restart your computer and select the "Kon-Boot" option when the boot menu appears. Kon-Boot will then bypass the Windows 8 password and allow you to login.

If you don't want to use a third-party tool, you can also reset your password by using a Windows 8 installation disc. To do this, insert the disc into your computer and boot from it.
